Water Aerobics


I recently joined a water aerobics class at the YMCA in Abilene. (One of the better decisions that I have made since I became pregnant.) I go to a class called Fit Moms where about 8 to 9 other expecting moms and I bob up and down for an hour. I was sore the first time but it has greatly improved my overall feeling and my swollen ankles are almost regular size. I wish I had started about 6 months ago. The other Moms are at different stages in pregnancy but I am third furthest along. We work out pretty hard but not hard enough to prevent a good deal of baby chat.

Again, highly recommended for any "to Be" moms out there.
